Loyalty and local production are the key principles of the Maison Soulard. This is why there are no fewer than 250 farmers within an 80 km radius of the production site. The ducks' feed is homemade. A plant-based feed is produced in our feed factory in L'Oie, Vendée. 

 

To maintain a more environmentally friendly activity, Ernest Soulard, places great emphasis on controlling emissions in the farms and at the production site.
